Modern conveniences include Internet Wifi throughout the property and private parking accommodating 3 to 4 vehicles on site. The owner occasionally occupies the lower floor with a separate entrance, while all outdoor amenities including the swimming pool and terraces remain exclusively available for your use.

The second terrace measures 70 square meters and features a large dining table seating 12 guests, partially shaded by an awning, accessible directly through French windows from the living room. A third terrace provides additional sea view relaxation space and serves as the entrance to the annex bedrooms. The non-heated pool is available from late April through early November and is surrounded by deckchairs and benches. Adjacent to the pool you will find an outdoor cold water shower and a bathroom equipped with a toilet and bidet. Access to the pool area, first terrace, and sunroom requires climbing 7 steps from the main villa level. The property is accessed through an automatic gate from the main road, with approximately 20 steps connecting the parking area to the villa entrance.

The annex comprises two additional double bedrooms, each configured as a suite with ensuite bathroom. Other Information

The gym facility is available for your use daily from 13:30 until 18:30, accessible from the parking area, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine during your stay. Bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels are provided and included. Professional cleaning service is provided for 4 hours per day on 2 days per week, specifically on Tuesday and Thursday. Bath and pool towels are changed twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday. The villa enforces a strict no pets policy and parties are not permitted on the property. The owner maintains a separate entrance to the lower floor which is occasionally occupied, ensuring complete privacy for guests using all outdoor facilities and common areas. Late arrival arrangements can be accommodated with advance notice for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
