You will find three very comfortable apartments within this completely renovated rural farmhouse, each with independent entrances and furnished in an authentic rustic style, complete with fireplaces. The kind and hospitable owners make available to guests a small organic vegetable garden located on the edge of the garden where you can taste seasonal vegetables. The property also includes La Ghiandaia, a spacious 70 square meter living room featuring a charming fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, which serves as a common area providing the opportunity to share convivial moments and dine together in a welcoming atmosphere.

The Strucchio apartment, accommodating 2 plus 2 guests, includes a dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, one double bedroom, a double sofa bed, one bathroom, and covers approximately 70 square meters with a larger covered veranda of approximately 30 square meters. Other Information

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out is required by 10:00 am. The property is located near a secondary access road to the small town of Trevinano, though the passage of cars is absolutely occasional. During mid and low season, upon request, it is possible to rent the property at a reduced price without the La Ghiandaia living room. Air conditioning and heating are available at the property, with consumption payable locally based on actual usage. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of the host municipality. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional charge. Additional sleeping arrangements can be provided with toddler beds and extra beds available upon request.
