On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and bright living and dining room featuring a flat screen television and air conditioning, with direct access to the garden. A separate kitchen and living area is also located on this floor, equipped with a full range of cooking appliances and equally offering an exit to the garden. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities. Please be aware that this ground floor bathroom with shower is situated in a separate room from the main house, within the private patio area.

On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodation is distributed across 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom features 1 single bed and 1 double bed and is equipped with air conditioning. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
