The upper floor houses two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1 x 160 cm) and access to a balcony, and the other with a double bed (1 x 180 cm) and a balcony exit. The second upper floor features a room with sloping ceilings and two beds.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
