- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. die Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern war sehr gut, die Unterkunft sehr gepflegt, alles hat funktioniert.
Alle nötigen Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig entfernt, sehr praktisch ist der Parkplatz vor dem Garten.
