You will be staying in a 4-room terraced house that spans two levels on the first floor. The living/dining area features a double sofabed, and there is one double bedroom with a shower and WC on the same level. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. On the second upper floor, there is a room with two bunk beds that can accommodate four people, as well as another double bedroom. Both of these rooms have access to a balcony.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
