Short tourist rental pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2017 - Rental contract for tourist stays to be signed remotely or at check-in.
- All travelers are subject to a 6% Agency Fee, which includes the Allianz Travel Easy policy. This policy covers cancellation, medical expenses, travel assistance, and lost or damaged baggage.
- Additionally, the RARO CARE Service provides coverage for any property accidents, with damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00.
- The short rental of the villa doesn't give the right to organize events of any kind in the villa unless previously agreed in writing with the agency as provided for in point 24 of the Terms and Conditions. The use of the villa must be limited to a simple tourist stay.
- Access to the villa must compulsorily take place after the staff has completed the sanitization and therefore not before 5pm.
The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests.
Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- ** twice a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, halfway through the stay partial cleaning with rearrangement of the rooms and cleaning of the bathrooms with ONLY change of towels (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided);
** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above.
- if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay.
- for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above.
In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
Cancellation of a booking, unless stated otherwise in the reservation policies of the property, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:
- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
