You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across 2 levels, covering an area of 110 square meters. The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV and has an exit leading to the veranda. The kitchen, referred to as a large kitchenette, includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides access to the veranda. There is a separate WC (water closet) on the same level. On the lower ground floor, you will find 1 room without a window that has 2 beds, as well as 2 double bedrooms, also without windows.

The vacation property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. It is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms. The terrace is partly roofed, providing both shaded and open-air seating areas, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue grill for outdoor dining and entertainment. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
