It is equipped with a large swimming pool (15m x 4m) with solarium and is easily accessible by car/ motorcycle on paved road.

The outdoor area of the villa is equipped, on the one hand, with a large ancient stone courtyard on which there is a large gazebo (with stone table and seat for about 10 people) and, on the other, a slightly smaller gazebo also equipped with a stone table for about 6 people.
In addition to the pool, the outside is equipped with a shower (hot/ cold), mobile barbecue with lava stones heated by a small gas cylinder (supplied), table tennis (with wheels), sun loungers and deck chairs.

Interior Description

Trullo Cristiana is located a few minutes from the town of San Michele Salentino (Br), in the wonderful countryside of Alto Salento. The villa for rent consists of the historic 4-cone Trullo and the more modern extension and can accommodate up to 6 people, in three bedrooms divided into two units with access both from the inside and with independent access from the outside, all in approximately 120 m2 of housing. The Trullo for rent is completed by the dining room with living room and the connected kitchenette. The villa is sold with three bedrooms, the sofa in the trullo could be used as an additional bed (on request), but has no dividing doors.

The main entrance opens into the living room with dining room and kitchenette complete with hob with gas stove, dishwasher and refrigerator as well as crockery and plates. Again from the entrance, on the right, you enter the trullo with the bedroom with complete bathroom which can also be used as a service bathroom for the living area or for the exclusive use of the bedroom.

Proceeding beyond the living room, with independent access, you enter the annex with air conditioning, in fact the second sleeping area. This is composed at the entrance of a three-seater sofa followed, still on the ground floor, on the left, by the private bathroom complete with double sink, toilet, bidet, shower with tub. On the right there is the second bedroom, with a sliding door, below the mezzanine. Finally, the wooden stairs lead to the third bedroom in an open space with a double external balcony.

Outside Trullo Cristiana you will have at your disposal a wonderful swimming pool with hot and cold shower and sun loungers, a mobile barbecue with lava stones heated by a small gas cylinder supplied, a wood-burning oven, a ping pong table. Both on the front and in a private position in the courtyard, two al fresco areas with tables and comfortable seats will be at your disposal.
