On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall equipped with air conditioning, which leads into a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes and a flat-screen television. From this area, you have direct access to the terrace. A well-appointed kitchenette on this level is fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, and benefits from a fan for ventilation, with a further exit to the terrace. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and a shower room with bidet and WC. Please be aware that no heating option is available on this level.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, you will find 1 double bedroom with its own shower room, bidet, and WC, as well as air conditioning. A second room on this level offers 2 beds and is similarly equipped with a shower room, bidet, WC, and air conditioning.
