Casetta Il Girasole is located within the farm, where the owners also live; the farm produces wine and extra-virgin olive oil of excellent quality, which you can taste and buy on site. The sweetness of the surrounding countryside, with the thousands of colours of the cultivated fields and vineyards, will offer you, at any time of the day, magnificent views and colors that will frame your holiday moments to cherish.
The house is made of stone and inside it has elements of a traditional Tuscan farmhouse, combined at the same time with modern comforts such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Casetta Il Girasole, in our opinion and also in the opinion of our satisfied clients, is perfect for a couple who wish to spend their holidays following the slow and relaxing rhythms of the countryside. Breakfast in the cool of the morning in the small porch, a refreshing dip in the hot lazy summer afternoons and a dinner with a good bottle of wine in the superbly equipped pergola.
About 5 km away you will find the medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino, a destination rich in history and ideal for exploring. Here you can arrange to spend a nice evening, with a typical dinner or an aperitif in the characteristic stone streets and squares. In the village you will also find shops and supermarkets of all kinds.
The large garden, completely fenced and surrounded by olive trees, the cool swimming pool (size 5x12 m, depth 1.20-1.80 m) to be shared with the owners together with a furnished pergola in front of the property, equipped with a series of upholstered sofas and hammocks, are definitely the icing on the cake. We are sure they will convince you to spend a few days of your holiday at home in complete tranquillity. Next to the pergola is a barbecue and a wood-burning oven for your pizzas or barbecues.

Not far away, in the valley passes the railway line that connects central Italy with the main cities of the peninsula (Firenze, Bologna, Roma, Milano).

Consigliatissima, proprietari molto accoglienti, gentilissimi e disponibili, la location davvero meravigliosa immersa nella pace e tranquillità tra vigneti ed uliveti, ci si può rilassare e rinfrescarsi dalla calura estiva con un tuffo in piscina.
La struttura presenta grandi spazi e ben attrezzata , presente il posto auto coperto.
Sono andata con la mia pelosetta che si è divertita tantissimo a scoprire ogni angolo dell'immenso giardino.
Inoltre la struttura è vicina a tantissime mete, Siena, Arezzo, Lago Trasimeno.
Posto magico.

Location splendida con spazi molto ampi e sempre curati: la villa é immersa nella quiete della natura ma allo stesso tempo permette di raggiungere comodamente le principali località turistiche come Siena,Arezzo,Montepulciano,Pienza,Assisi e Perugia.
I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti,gentili e disponibili durante tutta la durata del soggiorno.
La struttura è ben attrezzata in ogni suo spazio,dalla piscina(sempre pulita) al posto auto coperto.
Consiglio questa location a chiunque per una vacanza in totale relax.

The property is well equipped in every area, from the swimming pool (always clean) to the covered parking space.
