The villa, built to the highest standards with fine furnishings and excellent finishes, consists of a main body, with a large living room overlooking a spacious veranda with dining area, from which you can admire the enchanting sea view, for convivial evenings.

The property is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system in the solarium, laundry room, parking for 4/5 cars, children’s playground, outdoor bar, double BBQ, tennis table, football table, large private forest a 100 meter long stony creek. Ideal location for yoga sessions.

The professional kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with cooking-island, wine cellar, double fridge, double oven and double induction cooker.

The sleeping area, with Mastro Raphael linens, is composed of: a master suite with sea view and private terrace, a double bedroom with sea view and a bedroom with bunk beds and mountain view, both equipped with private bathrooms.

Going down the steep terrain there is a very independent second wing of the villa, consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor dining area, a suite with walk-in wardrobe and a double bedroom, all with attached bathroom.

From the external relaxation area, you can access two independent dependences with private bathrooms.

At the centre of the property and overlooking the sea, there is a heated swimming pool for adults made from Giallo San Giacomo granite, and also a swimming area for children too, heated too.

In case the deposit is not provided, the guests can't enter the property.
The following amount must be deposited to the owner before entrance in the villa:
For stays in June, July and August:
7500 Euros per every week of stay
For stays in the other months:
5000 Euros per every week of stay
(5000 Euros also in case of shorter stays)
This deposit will be returned within 3 days after the end of the lease, after the condition of the villa and furnishings has been carefully checked.
