In the centre of Verona, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, 150 m from the river. In the house: sauna, steam room, whirlpool (all included), lift, central heating system. Room cleaning daily on request (extra). Beverage service and breakfast on request (extra). Single garage (extra), public parking on the road extra. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, railway station "Verona Porta Nuova" 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: Casa di Giulietta 100 m, Arena di Verona 450 m, Mantova 40 km, Vicenza 52 km, Padova 82 km, Venezia 115 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Garda 25 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

On the lower ground floor: 1 large double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
