Adjacent to the gallery is a small interconnecting room, also with a ceiling height of 190 cm, which features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm. Please be aware that this room has no window. Across both floors, the apartment offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in total, ensuring a comfortable and well-organized layout for all guests.

Die Zufahrt zur Villa ist etwas schwierig, stark abschüssig und man setzt leicht mit einem Kombi-Wagen auf. Die Villa liegt direkt am Meer, der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gepflegt und gestaltet. Die schmale Stelle am Meer ist leider etwas lieblos. Am Pool herrscht Badekappenpflicht, ansonsten ist er aber recht schön - aber etwas abseits von der eigentlichen Villa. Die Wohnung liegt knappe 5 Meter von der Bahnstrecke Nizza - Monaco - Genua entfernt, es fahren also mehrmals pro Stunde die Züge an der Haustür vorbei. Nachts herrscht allerdings weitgehend Ruhe. Die Wohnung war leider nicht perfekt ausgestattet und auch nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem unter den Betten und in den Regalen liegt viel Staub und die Matratzen sind nicht mehr weiß. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, die anderen Gäste müssen auf einer Couch bzw auf einem separaten Einzelbett schlafen. Die Schlafsituation ist also ein bisschen schwierig, vor allem wenn man mit zwei Paaren oder als 4-köpfige Familie reist nicht optimal. Alles in allem eine recht schöne Wohnung und Anlage aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht ganz.

The access to the villa is a bit difficult, very sloping and easy to touch down with a station wagon. The villa is located directly on the sea, the outdoor area is very well maintained and designed. The narrow spot by the sea is unfortunately a bit unkempt. Bathing caps are compulsory at the pool, but otherwise it is quite nice - but a bit apart from the actual villa. The unit is about 5 metres from the Nice - Monaco - Genoa railway line, so trains pass the front door several times an hour. At night, however, it is mostly quiet. The flat was unfortunately not perfectly equipped and also not really clean, especially under the beds and in the shelves there is a lot of dust and the mattresses are no longer white. There is one double bed, the other guests have to sleep on a couch or on a separate single bed. So the sleeping situation is a bit difficult, especially if you are travelling with two couples or as a family of four, not ideal. All in all, a quite nice apartment and complex but the price-performance ratio is not quite right.
