On the main level, there is a spacious kitchen/living room equipped with modern amenities such as four hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A satellite TV is available for entertainment. Additionally, this level features a shower area.

The vacation rental offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It allows pets, accommodating up to one pet/dog. There is a cozy fireplace, perfect for those chilly evenings. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
