A door from the kitchen provides direct access to the garden. A shower room with WC is also located on this level, along with a practical box-room for additional storage. The upper floor hosts a second living area as well as all 5 bedrooms. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

The house is very nice. Perfect for a big group with its five sleeping rooms of which one is for five people. Kitchen is equipped appropriately for that amount of people and the outdoor pizza and barbecue area add a nice extra.
Please be aware that the property is located at the end of a gravel road which dies not allow for super low cars to access.
As we came early in the season it was still chilly. The owner Giorgio helped us to get the heating running which made it cozy inside. Together with his wife Silvia they are very kind and helpful in any aspect of questions.
