The private swimming pool set at a brief walk away from the villa, in a very peaceful position. The caring staff residing in a separate section of the same estate is available for any wish or assistance.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 12 people. If you prefer to dine 'al fresco', there is a fully furnished veranda where you can enjoy the weather while dining outdoors.

Spacious and well equipped house in lovely village. We were with group of 10 and it was big enough. The house, grounds and swimming pool were beautiful, up on a hill overlooking the Tuscan hills. Opposite the house is a winery where it's possible to have a very informal and interesting tasting.

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in La Capanna in Montelopio. Een mooi, schoon en sfeervol huis. Hartelijk ontvangst, flexibel met betrekking tot extra wensen (open houden zwembad, beschikbaarheid kinderbedjes en kinderstoelen). Het huis heeft een fijne indeling waardoor er voor iedereen genoeg privacy is. Zeer geschikt voor een vakantie met een grote groep (familie en vrienden). Het uitzicht is prachtig. Voor (kleine) kinderen een veilige speelplek. Voor volwassenen is er altijd een rustig plekje in de zon te vinden.

Warm welcome, flexible with regard to extra wishes (keeping the swimming pool open, availability of cots and high chairs). The house has a nice layout so there is enough privacy for everyone. Very suitable for a holiday with a large group (family and friends). The view is beautiful. A safe playground for (small) children. The villa was quite basic but absolutely fine as most of the time was spent outside in the beautiful gardens and pool area. The outside terrace area was perfect for al fresco dining. The staff were very friendly and looked after us very well. There was a little bar/grocery shop just a few mins walk which was very handy indeed. We saw incredible butterflies, dragonflies, bats, hummingbirds and snakes!! An idyllic holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

Schöner Gegend und ein tolles Grundstück, auch der Pool und die Größe sind genial jedoch wird definitiv zu wenig in das Gebäude investiert. Sanitär und Betten mit Matratzen sind mehr als in die Jahre gekommen, der Tisch im freien bietet keine guten Stühle. Sind Kleinigkeiten die aber bei dem Preis eigentlich Top sein sollten. Sonst war es traumhaft schön dort.
