Beide Appartements sind in einem neuwertigen Zustand und tip top sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, so dass man sowohl den Strand als auch den Hafen oder die Altstadt fußläufig erreichen kann. Wichtig ist des weiteren, dass es im Umfeld der Wohnung genügend Parkplätze gibt, auf denen man unentgeltlich parken kann.
