La Moraia is a beautifully renovated large working farm surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in the Chianti region. It offers 12 apartments located in the main house and a former barn with terraces surrounding the main building. The property features amenities such as a swimming pool, yard, parking, and the option of an installment plan. It is an ideal vacation rental for those seeking a relaxing getaway while being close to the region's attractions.

The farm is situated in an elevated position in the countryside, providing guests with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Visitors can enjoy the shared use of the garden, swimming pool (7 x 14 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 23rd May - 30th September, pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00), patio, and barbecue.

The house is equipped with a central heating system and a shared washing machine (extra charge). Heating is available only from 1st November to 15th April. Access to the property is via an unmade road that is 1 km long, and ample parking is available for guests. The nearest supermarket, restaurant, and railway station (Poggibonsi) are all located 5 km away. Guests can also rent bicycles upon request at the time of booking.
