Pets - If you have an important four-legged guest to bring along to join in on the wedding ceremony and celebrations when you're getting married in Tuscany, that is not a problem, just be sure to ask permission prior to booking.

The catering/event and any other agreed meals can only be organised by the on site restaurant. The owner does not accept external caterers.
Wedding fee: Euro 2.500,00 for 2026 and 2027, to be paid at the booking directly to the owner, including:
The exclusive use of the outdoor areas (the courtyard, the panoramic garden, the pool*, the outdoor Church area, the paved area with marques)
Chairs for 60 people maximum for the wedding day (for bigger group rental cost of chairs must be quoted)
The exclusive use of our indoor areas : the restaurant and our beautiful barn which has been recently renovated and can be a perfect backup plan in case of bad weather

The wedding fee does NOT include a full wedding planning process , for wedding with more than 60 guests it is mandatory to use our local wedding planner. Our internal wedding planner Team will be glad to be by your side from the very moment of your booking. The FULL WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES fee is Euro 2.500,00. Our planner will be helping you with all the services that you will need (flowers, decoration, music, lights, photographer, videographer, Mua, and favours , baby sitting, games.....)

The balance is due 60 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 60 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
All the payments must be made by wire transfer and are non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of the booking, regardless of the reason, due to the type of commitment required by Easy Reserve and the property owner in the organization of the event, there can be no refund permitted of any amounts paid up to that point, exception made for the event fee which will be refunded in full.
The refund of any other payment for event-related services that have not been collected by Easy Reserve will depend on the terms and conditions of the agreements between the customer and the third parties service providers.
