Nice farmhouse comprising 3 spacious and cosy apartments situated in the area surrounding the medieval town of Cortona. This property is set on a hill in very quiet location and overlooks Cortona and the surrounding landscape.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Montecchio with food shop 4 km, Camucia with shopping mall 8 km, Lake Trasimeno 13 km, Cortona approx. 15 km, Arezzo 30 km. Horse-back riding facilities nearby the villa to enjoy the landscapes and nature of Tuscany.
In the villa, at guests' disposal: large garden equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, fenced swimming pool (7 x 14 m – maximum depth 1,9 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09), table tennis, volley-ball ground, playground for children and tennis court at 400 m to be shared with guests staying at the house Archi. Free WI-FI internet access available in the pool area at the proeprty Archi, 400 m away.
Bikes available. Mosquito nets in all of the 3 apartments.
Parking within the grounds.
Extra services: on request it is possible to hire a baby bed (€ 20,- / per week) and an extra bed (€ 30,- / per week), payment on the spot. Pets are allowed by paying an extra charge of € 26,- / per week (payment on the spot).

The appartment is beautifully equipped, comfortable for up to 8 people. Kitchen with a large fridge and dish wasser mkaes it complete.
The surrounding garden amd swimming poolis very well maintained. Although the house holds three appartments, privacy is guaranteed.
The ready available bycicles and free tennis court at the nearby main reception is very much appreciated.
The welcome, the " Pizza" evening and departure was very pleasant hosted by the hostess.
A very pleasant, relaxed and quite place to hold one's holidays!
