Property Description

Vacation rental La Lepraia Estate is a lovely stone building that includes private pool, WiFi internet and air conditioning. The property can sleep up to 22 guests comfortably in 11 bedrooms with 11 bathrooms. La Lepraia Estate is located 6 km (4 mi) from Castellina Marittima, Italy and only 52 km (32 mi) from Pisa in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast". In nearby towns there are local shops where you can find fresh produce and other items.

The property is composed of four stone buildings: one of them is property of the owners and it will be kept closed as it is uninhabited, while the other 3 are reserved for our guests. Each of them has its own private garden and private covered terrace, but all share the swimming pool area and solarium.
Moreover, the caretakers live in an apartment on the back of the smaller building with their own private entrance and garden, therefore, in no way they will interfere with the guests' privacy.

The Experience
Ideally placed between the coast and the countryside, in the Tuscan Maremma. The magnificent position boasts spectacular extensive views on the countryside and the Mediterranean Sea, up to the main Tuscan Islands Elba and Capraia, and in clear days up to Corsica. The estate (13 hectares) is part of a natural Reserve called "Il Terriccio", offering a generous natural habitat to plants and wild vegetation. La Lepraia is ideal for large groups or families who wish to enjoy their time together while retaining some privacy. There is a beautiful solarium and pool area, which includes a large infinity swimming pool (16x8 m) with shallow end, a built-in barbecue and a cabin with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a changing room.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the sea ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, visiting museums, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can unwind with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Dining with friends and family is a huge part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 22 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished veranda is the ideal setting to enjoy food, family and the nice Tuscan weather.
