On the lower ground floor, you will find two double bedrooms, both with access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a third double bedroom with an en-suite shower, bidet, and toilet, also accessible from the terrace. Another bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet is available on this level.

Amenities Included
Your vacation rental is furnished with air conditioning and forced-air heating (available at an extra cost). The large terrace is partially covered and comes with outdoor furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
