Orvieto train station offers fast train journeys, which reach Rome or Florence in roughly one hour. The location of the rental also makes it easy to visit Siena, Arezzo and Perugia.
Access to the house is via a stretch of 4km of dirt road in good condition.

Interior Description

The villa develops over two levels for a total of 28m⁴.
Ground Floor: entrance with large double living space with operating fireplace, sofas and dining area with large wooden table, large French doors give access to the garden and furnished patio area.
From the living area a short corridor accesses a hallway with a small bathroom containing toilet, sink and laundry area, and a fully furnished kitchen with access to the garden. From the kitchen there is access to the first bedroom with twin beds (can be united or separated upon request) with private bathroom with shower. A double bedroom with private bathroom with bath and access to the garden is also found on this floor.

First floor: a wooden staircase containing 20 steps accesses the floor. A second living area with an operating fireplace and a sofa and armchairs, small kitchenette area with fridge, sink and 3 electric hob rings.
A corridor leads to a double bedroom that uses a bathroom opposite it, and a suite with a double bedroom and a private bathroom with bath.
