Overlooking the scenic Lake Gusana is the Orange Flag town of Gavoi. The history of this pretty little town is believed to date as far back as the 4th century when it was an ancient Hebrew colony. Its prosperity increased massively when coal minors from Tuscany moved here to work in the nearby mines.
Stay in a luxury villa in Sardinia where you can relax and unwind in pristine surroundings after a few days of exploring the island's little gems like Gavoi town.
There are nine churches in total here, the most notable being the Church of San Gavino which is most certainly worth a visit because of its beauty.
