Although it fell into some disrepair, it was bought at the beginning of the 20th century and restored by expert architects who also redecorated its interior once more with medieval furnishings. Castle Fénis in Aosta Valley is open all year around and the entry fee is only €5 for adults and €3 for children and seniors. There’s a tour taking place every half hour due to the large volumes of visitors it sees each day.
