Sehr altes Ferienhaus das komplett runtergekommen ist. Die Möbel und die Ausstattung allgemein ist absolut abgewohnt. Schimmel und Dreck wo man schaut. Strom fällt ständig aus. Noch nie so viel Geld für eine so schlechte Leistung gezahlt.

As stated in our terms and conditions, we always recommend getting in touch with us as well as the owner or keyholder when an issue arises so that we can do our best to find a solution as we always want to satisfy our customers. If we don’t hear about it until after check out, however, we cannot do anything to make your vacation better.
Unfortunately in some areas of Italy, the output of houses is generally only 3kW so if multiple appliances are used simultaneously then the electricity can trip. We regret the inconvenience caused but this is outside our control.

Struttura stupenda e proprietari cordiali e disponibili. Molto bella la struttura con due camere da letto, meno quella più grande ma comunque funzionale e comoda.

Ein Traum eines Hauses, mitten in der Toskana. Wunderschön, sehr großzügig, komplett ausgestattet. Ein Donnerstag zum Träumen. Es gab aber auch nicht zu kritisieren. Wir waren mit sieben Personen zwei Wochen in diesem Haus und waren alle begeistert. Alle Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön ausgestattet, sehr bequeme Betten, wunderschöne Bäder. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Und wie gesagt selbst im Regen (wir hatten leider zwei Tage Regen) war äußerst bequem und luxuriös. Wir werden wiederkommen und bedanken uns bei dem sehr freundlichen Hausherren mit seiner äußerst sympathischen Frau?

Sehr schönes Häuschen in wunderschöner Umgebung. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Auch der Garten mit dem Sitzplatz ist sehr schön u.ideal mit Hund. Waldweg zum Spazierengehen führt direkt am Haus vorbei.
Es ist herrlich ruhig, man hört nur die Vögel - traumhaft!

Ein kleines Haus mit viel Athmossphäre, mit allen ausgestattet und einen herrlichen Ausblick in die Ligurischen Alpen. Dieses Haus kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le logement est propre et lumineux avec une très belle vue mer. Il est au calme au bout d'une impasse tout en étant à proximité des commerces à pied. La mansarde est en revanche vraiment basse, cette chambre est donc conseillé pour des enfants.
