Villa Carolina was a highlight of our 4 weeks in Italy. Gabriela and Lucia were awesome hosts, and their "in villa" meal was superb! Lucia's ragu is definitely something to write home about! Facilities in the villa were new and it was spacious for the 4 adults and 2 children in our group. Kids loved the pool! We would highly recommend Villa Carolina to anyone wanting to be in a central location in Toscana, with excellent hosts.

eccellente sotto ogni punto di vista, a cominciare dall'accoglienza alla reception.Il posto è splendido, in mezzo al verde, con tanta tranquillità ed una vista sul paese di Sperlonga ed il mare. io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e ne abbiamo parlato con entusiasmo agli amici e conoscenti. In genere ogni anno cambiamo posto per le vacanze, però ci siamo ripromessi di tornare, anche perché da Viterbo siamo abbastanza vicini. in ogni caso complimenti e arrivederci.

The place is beautiful, out in the green, very tranquil and with views of the village Sperlonga and the sea. My wife and I were very happy and we talked about it enthusiastically to friends and acquaintances. In general, each year we change our location for the holidays, but we vowed to come back, because we're pretty close to Viterbo. In any case, congratulations and goodbye.

We had a wonderful stay at Borgo Tollena in the La Stellata unit. The apartment was updated, very comfortable and spacious. The overall property and surrounding area is beautifully maintained and very pretty. The staff was always eager to help and very friendly. We had three generations staying at Borgo Tollena and everyone had a fabulous time!

This villa was just as promised. There were two bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. The washer was great as we packed less clothes. The kitchen was well stocked and the convection oven made wonderful pizza. The pool was pristeen. The grounds well kept. There was a pastry shop within a few minutes walking distance. The hill town of Singalunga was charming. Market day was Tuesday, fruit and vegetables, clothes and leather goods - a shoppers dream. A restaurant within five minutes walking distance was so good. We ate at The Grotto twice, I cannot begin to describe the wonderful food and friendly staff. Singalunga is a great village, we bought groceries and wine at local grocery stores. We walked to the train station and took the local trains to other hill towns. Very easy and fun. The owner of our villa lived on site and was very helpful. We are going back next year. Such a gorgeous villa. I almost did not want to rave so much about this villa because maybe too many people will want to go. I will have to reserve our week soon!

We enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse immensely. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy and the Tuscany area. The owner, Jane Cucini, was the perfect host. The villa was five star accomodation in a ten star location. A very minor incovenience was not having a washing machine however this was overcome by using the laundromat next to the supermarket while we bought our groceries.

Great location! Steps from the Duomo, restaurants, sites, etc. Wonderful check in/check out experience. Lots of mosquitoes which left several bites if windows were left open...could have been time of year.
