We were very pleased with Pancole Q. The property is well maintained, the atmosphere is exceptional, and the owners were responsive to our questions and needs. We were less impressed with the restaurant -- in the gastronomic heart of the world, they could do better. After two tries, we decided to go into San Gimignano to eat or to cook in the villa. That said, we had a great time and would recommend Pancole to anyone.

Quedamos encantados con la casa. Hemos estado un grupo de 10 personas y todos coincidimos que una de las causas que han hecho estas vacaciones inolvidables ha sido la casa y las recomendaciones de Manuela, la dueña. La casa es comodísima, con un aire acondicionado silencioso, bien decorada, limpia y con todos los detalles en perfecto estado. La piscina es espectacular con luz toda la noche y el exterior impecablemente cuidado y con puertas automáticas para entrar los coches. Manuela, su hija y su yerno encantadores y sus recomendaciones de qué visitar y dónde comer fueron un acierto total y descubrimos la Toscana auténtica. Como muestra de la atención, se nos rompió el lavaplatos y en tres horas estaba arreglado. En resumen un 10 en todos los aspectos, no defraudará a nadie.

Clean, easy walk to Sant Agnello town. Very homey atmosphere. Loved the rooftop terrace and the view.

Un sitio estupendo para pasar unos días. La casa esta en un entrono maravilloso. Limpia y con muchas comodidades. La dueña es encantadora y atentisima.

Property and surrounding area is beautiful Guido is on hand to help with anything and was excellent. The only thing I would say is that there is no air conditioning and the nights were very uncomfortable as windows had to be closed because of mosquitos, although there is a heater with summer and winter settings summer wasn't air con.

Fubbiano is perfect in its simplicity. It's not an eight star, luxury, gold tiles place, but it has the real 10 star Tuscan charm and warmth. A week in the Villa offers possibilities for both leisuring by the pool and excursions to Lucca, Firenze or Pisa. Or just a stroll to San Gennaro to eat lunch in the family run restaurant in the piazza. Or you could, as we did, hire local cook Roberta to work her magic with both antipasti, primi, secondi and dolce. And, of course, you have to ask Chiara for some of the Fubbiano wine (we love the Schiller Rosé!) and their incredible Olive Oil. Fubbiano is perfect for those not in need of luxury, but in need of a quiet, peaceful and just perfect getaway in the heart of Tuscany.

We had our wedding at this castle and stayed there for a week with our guests. Valentina was superb in helping us plan the wedding from abroad and her suggestions were absolutely fabulous. Our guests simply rave about the wedding ceremony/reception and the whole event and Valentina was the one who made it all happen: she is a true professional! The castle itself is simply marvellous, full of history, very functional and the staff (including Giuseppe who makes sure everything is in working order) are very kind and helpful. This week was by far one of our best vacations ever and the wedding is recognized by all our guests as just amazing!

What a wonderful place! We were a family (kids 6 and 8 years old) and enjoyed the villa very much. A lot of room, everything was very tidy and the garden well kept. As the villa is 800m above the sea it got quite cold in the evening which was suprise for us. Also the water in the swimming pool was cold. On the other side it didn't get too cold during the day which was good. Nice hiking trails leaving nearby. And the pizzeria couple of kilometres down is really recommendable.
