The Villa was perfect for our group of 10 (2 families)with its 5 spacious and well-appointed bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and private pool. Its 200-year history in the family added to its charm. The surrounding scenery was picturesque, and the local villages inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would return and recommend it to our friends.

The villa is big, clean and nice to share with many people. The kitchen is well equiped, as the fantastic swimming pool area! Unfortunately the equipement and the sprays weren't suffucient to avoid us to be annoyed by the italian mosquitos.

L'appartamento Azalea 2 è situato, all'intero del borgo in ottima posizione: l'ampio giardino è ideale per famiglie con bambini o per un gruppo di sei persone. L'appartamento, pur se carino, risulta un po' anonimo ma funzionale.
La piscina è ben studiata: la zona con acqua alta (al max 160 cm) è divisa, pur essendo comunicante, da quella per i bambini da un gradino; in modo che tutti possano usufruirne.
è presente anche un piccolo parco giochi dietro le ville del borgo.
la posizione rispetto a Follonica fa sì che le spiagge siano raggiungibili in auto in poco tempo: 5 minuti le più vicine come prato Ranieri, 10 minuti Torre Mozza e la Carbonifera, 40 minuti Le rocchette e circa un'ora Marina di Alberese (Parco Regionale della Maremma): tutte spiagge libere molto belle e adatte anche a famiglie con bambini. il Borgo è a 5 minuti d'auto dal centro di Follonica, molto ben servita di negozi, supermercati e ristoranti.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The apartment Azalea 2 is set within the village in a great location: the large garden is ideal for families with children or for a group of six people. The apartment, although cute, is a little bit "anonymous" but functional.
The pool is well designed: the area with high water (max 160 cm), even if communicating with the area suitable for children, is delimited by a step, therefore everyone can enjoy it.
There is also a small playground behind the villas of the village.
The geographical situation near Follonica makes the beaches easily reachable by car in a short time: 5 minutes to the closest beach in Prato Ranieri, 10 minutes to Torre Mozza and La Carbonifera, 40 minutes to Le Rocchette and 1 hour to Marina di Alberese (Regional Park Maremma): all beaches are very beautiful and suitable for families with children. The Village is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Follonica with various shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Wonderful location, beautiful house,garden & pool.Optimal starting point for sightseeing-trips. The inside of the house is a little worn out and neglected.A few important kitchen & grill-tools are missing.Yet it was a wonderful vacation and we had a great time.I´ll be back !

Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und das Haus war sehr freundlich & liebevoll hergerichtet.
