The villa is superbly situated with marvelous views on Lake Trasimeno, very quiet, clean and well equiped, the owner was super reactive when faced to a problem, and the swimming pool just perfect. The only drawback is the last 200 meters way to reach the house which is not suitable for a low car: although we drove very slowly and carefully, the front bumper of ours was torn out because of the uneven and rocky ground. However an overall very pleasant place for a holiday.

Initially the house felt a little scary - low light and a bit sombre; but as we spent more time there, we grew to love it.

We had a great family holiday at Poderino. The house was clean and as described and the pool was cleaned and attended to everyday and was perfect for our three children aged 8, 6 and 3. The nearest coastal town of Marina di Bibbona had a great restaurant called "Jolly Beach" which we would recommend.

Beau gite dans tres belle demeure ( vue splendide) et alberto et theresa sont tres accueillants ) le seul ponit un peu negatif : les moustiques !
