Piazza Penthouse is a beautiful well-furnished apartment, very clean, and on site staff is a real plus and they were very helpful. It is well located for visiting Florence and seems to be a location for impromptu musical performances, which we enjoyed. We would definitely pick it again on a future visit.

Très déçu. La promesse n'est pas tenue! l'appartement est dans son jus pour la cuisine. il manque de tout: pas assez de matériel de cuisine. j'ai dû acheter un saladier. il n'y en avait qu'un. pas assez de couvert... Le canapé est aussi vieux que moi (bientôt 60 ans!). il y a 2 salles de bain mais vous pouvez prendre une douche que dans 1 seule, la plus petite. Dans la grande vous ne pouvez prendre que des bains, pas de pommeau de douche. La machine à lavée était en panne quand nous sommes arrivés. réparé le 4eme jours. attention en journée vous n'êtes pas au calme. vous donnez sur le parking le long du lac et êtes à 50 m de la plage d'Ispra. Bine mais pas calme du tout. Pour conclure le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour les prestations. je déconseille.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter!
Einziger Minuspunkt - das blaue Sofa im oberen Bereich. Es ist zum Schlafen aus unserer Sicht zu hart. Das gelbe Sofa im unteren Bereich bietet dagegen alternativ einen besseren Schlafkomfort.

Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ideal für Einkäufe im 1km entfernten Montaione und zentral für Ausflüge in die traumhaft schöne Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment genau der Urlaub, den wir uns gewünscht haben. Alles sah genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Vermieterin ist bezaubernd, super aufmerksam, hilfsbereit, interessiert, aber nie aufdringlich. Gerade durch sie hat der Urlaub das gewisse Etwas gehabt. Der Pool ist super, wird täglich gereinigt. Der Blick auf den See ist atemberaubend. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es in erreichbarer Nähe, da kann man auch gut die Vermieterin fragen, ansonsten ist nichts touristisch überlaufen, man lernt Italien und kennen und kann schöne Begegnungen haben. Die Wohnung bleibt, wenn man nachts lüftet, tagsüber angenehm kühl, auch wenn draußen über 30 Grad sind. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Und auch unter der Terrasse lässt es sich gut aushalten. Wir haben uns bestens erholt und in dem fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurant im Ort an mehreren Abenden lecker gegessen, ebenfalls mit Blick auf den See. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Gerade, wenn man es gerne gemütlich und ruhig hat im Urlaub: perfekt!

The landlady is charming, incredibly attentive, helpful, and interested, but never intrusive. She was the one who gave the vacation that special something. The pool is fantastic and cleaned daily. The view of the lake is breathtaking. There are plenty of excursions within easy reach, and you can easily ask the landlady for recommendations. Otherwise, it's not overrun with tourists; you get to know Italy and have some lovely encounters. If you air out the apartment at night, it stays pleasantly cool during the day, even when it's over 30 degrees Celsius outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for self-catering. And it's also very comfortable to relax on the terrace. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed delicious meals several evenings at the restaurant in town, which is within walking distance and also has a view of the lake. We would love to come back! Les espaces verts sont entretenus régulièrement.
Il y a des balancoires, terrain de foot et vélos à disposition.
