Très bonne situation pour visiter les alentours. Appartement pratique et tranquille. Manque effectivement des moustiquaires pour pouvoir ouvrir les fenetres plus sereinement le soir et le nuit. Très jolie piscine. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine.

Très belle propriété, bien équipée et bien située (une visite à Arezzo s'impose !). Propriétaire très sympa, des gâteaux maison et de la bière fraîche nous attendaient à notre arrivée - idéal après une longue route ! Bref, superbe séjour. Nous reviendrons certainement.

La casa fa parte di un residence con molti appartamenti, comunque non abbiamo avuto problemi di rumori molesti. In realtà i residence sono due e noi eravamo in quello senza la piscina (che comunque era a 100m e poteva essere usata). Sul divano letto si sentiva ancora la sabbia lasciata dai precedenti ospiti, per il resto la casa era abbastanza pulita. Mobili un po' datati, con sportelli che non si chiudevano bene: la padella per cucinare non era utilizzabile in quanto scrostata, ma il resto delle stoviglie e delle pentole andava bene, anche se per sicurezza abbiamo rilavato tutto.
Diciamo che una pulizia un po' più accurata non avrebbe fatto male.
Il punto di forza della casa è che si trova a 100m dal mare e dal bellissimo lungomare di San Benedetto del Tronto.
Excellent for big families or group of friends, as you have your privacy and you can get together as well if you want. As nice as you see on the pictures.

This was a lovely place to stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable and very spacious. In fact it felt more like a house.The pool was really very good and with fantastic 360 views. Close to Rignano, it was easy to get to Florence by train.
It was quite close to a major road - not in terms of danger for children, but noise and a major rail line, however this didn't bother us unduly.
A perfect place to relax.

The villa was everything we expected, having plenty of space for our large family group. What we didn't expect was the personal, attentive approach of the owner himself making friends with our family and being available with help whatever our needs, be it large or small. Always available but not in the slightest intrusive. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and the outside living, dining and pool areas were second to none. If you go there you will love it. We only had one problem - we stayed for a week instead of two !
