Magnifique séjour dans cette maison idéalement située au calme, dans une nature luxuriante. Proche de grandes villes comme Lucca, sympas pour les restaurants. La propriétaire est fort sympathique et disponible si besoin. J'y retournerai.

Amazing! This villa did not disappoint, it is even more beautiful than the photos. It is extremely well maintained, and very clean. The owner was present for the check-in and out, and even dropped by mid-week to see if we needed anything. The location is perfect for a private getaway, and is situated high up in olive groves, so the views are stunning, especially sunrise. Our kids loved the pool, and the visiting neighbour's cat! I loved the barbeque and pizza oven, as we hired Stefano to make pizza for us, it was delicious!
The local town is small but the café was quite good, and there are several pizzeria / restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.
Overall it was an amazing week, and we would love to visit again.

Traumhafte Destination, gediegene, luxuriöse und kunstvolle Austattung der grosszügigen Villa, gepflegte Gartenanlage. Besucher mit sportlichem Flair kommen voll auf Rechnung (Gym in originellem separaten Häuschen, Jogging ab Haus möglich und natürlich vielfältige Bike_Fahrradmöglichkeiten) . We had a fantastic two weeks. The location allows you to thoroughly relax and enjoy the stunning views as well as having the option to simply walk into San Gimignano. The accommodation and facilities were excellent only surpassed by the friendliness of the owners. I would highly recommend this rental.

We had a wonderfull staying at the villa. The swimming pool is great for the children. It is a quite peacefull place and in almost 5 min driving you are in Castiglion Fioriontino. The view is panoramic at the place and really beautyfull. You can also eat outside in the tuscany sun and if you want you can use the barbeque.

The house is wonderful, fully equipped. Cleaning service is brilliant, the housekeeper is lovely and very discreet. The outside living space is gorgeous, makes for perfect outside dining, relaxing.... plenty of space for everyone without being crowded. The only thing I would point out is that is it 20 minutes from the nearest town (Manciano and Saturnia are equal distances) It is also a very bumpy drive to get to the house. This didn’t bother us at all, but we do have a big 4x4, but I do think this could be made a bit clearer in the description. Manciano has a good supermarket and a couple of restaurants and ice cream shops. Saturnia has a nice Square with a couple of bars and a good choice of restaurants. There are also several great restaurants and agriturismo’s to be discovered within half an hour of the house.

In Casale Giulio we were very happy and felt home in some minutes. It's an amazing place with a great view over tuscany panorama. Silent, spacious, wonderful park, authentic furnished and clean. Cetona Village needs some minutes by car, but it provides all you need.

Prachtige locatie met superuitzicht!
Binnen was alles keurig netjes. De eigenaren zijn sympathiek, communiceren was een beetje moeizaam (spreken bijna geen engels). De weg naar het huis is even wennen, onverhard met kuilen en smal. Zwembad was heerlijk, werd om de dag schoongemaakt en het terras is erg mooi met druiven boven je hoofd. Wel een muggen/vliegenspray meenemen. Bbq aanwezig is erg handig. Is niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn i.v.m. trappen.
In de omgeving is er een scoop om boodschappen te doen, maar er is er 1 nog dichterbij. In Arezzo heerlijk gegeten bij een lokaal restaurant, lekker en niet duur.
Ook naar een woonboerderij in Arezzo geweest Fattoria il muro. Voor €15 op heerlijk geproefd en kleine hapjes. Neem wel cash mee, want je kunt daar niet pinnen. Vanuit Arezzo met de trein naar Florence geweest. Parkeren bij het station. Kaartjesautomaat op het station aanwezig. Ook naar Sienna geweest met de auto, vroeg vertrekken anders heb je geen parkeerplaats meer. Al met al een heerlijk huis met een superligging. Zeker een aanrader!
