Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt. Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen. Hat alles seinen Zweck erfüllt. Wenn man nobler wohnen möchte, muss man sich etwas anderes aussuchen. Uns hat es alles in allem gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit einer sehr guten Lage. Sehr netter Eigentümer, der sich bspw. täglich um den Pool kümmert. Perugia, Arezzo, LaViala, Assisi - nur um einige Möglichkeiten zu nennen - kein Problem. Nach Perugia kann man auch mit dem Zug fahren. Das wunderschöne Cortona liegt in der Nähe. Tischfußball, Tischtennis und eine Schaukel für Kinder runden die Sache ab.

Wonderful house, beautiful and really big garden area and a perfect swimming pool. Very friendly owners who provided good advices for activities. We spend one week in the house and really enjoyed it. It is perfect for two families as 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are on first floor and the other two bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor, so that everyone has its private area. Also staying there with a dog was easy, as there is lots of space in the garden and everything ist sourounded with a fence. We will definetly book that house again.
