Nice house with basically everything you need. It is in a quite area and ideal for relaxing. Kitchen is well equipped. Very nice is the garage within the house so the car stays cool during hot days.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; die Lage ist wirklich mittendrin und sehr zentral. Das Apartment ist sauber und gepflegt.
Wenn man viel Gepäck hat, ist es mit der Parksituation und dem Transport etwas schwierig… aber, dass hat unsere Urlaubslaune nicht gemildert

Positiv: Lage und Pool Top. Florenz , Siena , Chiantigegend ist nicht weit entfernt, auch das Meer nicht. Gutes Restaurant neben an,10 Minuten gemütlicher Spaziergang.
Negativ: Lärmige Strasse hinter dem Haus , keine Kaffeemaschine (mussten eine kaufen),
Heruntergekommene Gartenmöbel ( Teilweise Schrott, Liegenstühle verloren die Räder)

Prachtig uitzicht. Upgrade gekregen naar villa Buonvisie welke groter was dan Il Leccio waar op moment van onze aankomst geen warm water beschikbaar was. Dit kwam voor ons heel goed uit omdat wij met 8 volwassenen en 5 hele kleine kinderen over veel meer ruimte konden beschikken. Personeel was vriendelijk. Wij hebben er een heel aangename vakantie met de familie gehad.
Enige minpunt de villa was redelijk gedateerd.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Very quiet and beautiful well-equipped and very clean apartment with great charm!
We enjoyed our stay in this place a lot. The owner is extremely professional, helpful and cordial, and easily to reach and helpful in case of additional questions. We liked the big built-in shower and the possibility to do even some washing a lot, and all appliances in the apartment are in perfect condition and very well kept! We had the impression to come to a brand new place. Even the neighbors in the adjoined apartments were very nice and relaxed. Absolutely beautiful place with an amazing landlady! We had a happy and enjoyable stay. Can recommend it fully! :-)Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Good location. The garden and pool are very nice but the house needs some upkeep. It's very airless and the fans don't make much impact.
