Een erg mooi huis met een prachtig uitzicht. Grote slaapkamers, een grote woonkeuken en een mooie woonkamer. Er is ruimte om buiten te zonnen bij het zwembad maar je kunt ook heerlijk vertoeven in de schaduw onder de grote boom. Borgo San Lorenzo is een leuk plaatsje met op dinsdag een grote markt, veel kleine zaakjes, maar ook grote supermarkten. Vanaf het treinstation ben je in 40 minuten in het centrum van Florence. De eigenaar van het huis Guido is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en is eenvoudig te raadplegen via WhatsApp. We hebben hier een mooie vakantie gehad!

There is room to sunbathe outside by the pool, but you can also relax in the shade under the large tree. Borgo San Lorenzo is a nice town with a large market on Tuesdays, many small shops, but also large supermarkets. From the train station you can reach the center of Florence in 40 minutes. The owner of the house Guido is very friendly and helpful and can easily be contacted via WhatsApp. We had a wonderful holiday here!

Uroczy dom z pięknymi widokami. Cisza i spokój. Lasy, łąki i liczne przyrodnicze atrakcje dla botanika i ornitologa. Blisko do toskańskich miasteczek. Warto tam wracać!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette merveilleuse villa.
Intérieurement, la décoration est soignée, la maison est très bien équipée. La vue de la cuisine sur le jardin est reposante. Le jardin, avec la piscine et la pergola, sont un + indéniable.
La localisation de la maison permet de rayonner facilement dans les pouilles.
A recommander !!! Et pour ma part, j'aimerais y être encore

Casa con notevole potenziale se maggiormente valorizzata. Migliorare le pulizie e possibilmente non fare trovare 12 gradi in casa, dato che è stato necessario quasi un giorno di riscaldamento per raggiungere almeno 19 gradi.
Location veramente accogliente e grande per tante persone, immersa ne verde ma a 5 minuti dalla meravigliosa Gubbio. Vacanza super. Proprietario disponibile e gentilissimo

Casa molto grande, bella e molto pulita. Abbiamo avuto un problema col riscaldamento che i proprietari hanno risolto prima possibile. Sia lo spazio interno che quello esterno davvero bellissimo!!!

Villa Montignoso is a lovely place, excellent location and in top shape. We enjoyed our stay, tenant was cordial and knowledgeable. Overall a great option.

Beautiful and well furnished house, very comfortable. fantastic sea view from the bedroom balcony. Great place to stay while visiting Sorrento and the Amalfi coast.

Panoramaview en huisje ziet er top uit, echter zit het achter een berg en eikenbos en bij zonsopkomst, van april tot midden mei kun je niet buiten ontbijten. Bij koud weer is het huisje dan ook erg koud. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke behulpzame man en top. Helaas zijn de meubels echt Toscaans en niet voor Noord Europese mensen gebouwd (te korte zitting) en hoge tafel stoelen passen niet. De kastjes zit te vol met pannen en servies. Met mooi weer kun je daar goed verblijven en leef je meer buiten. ( we hadden een beetje pech met het weer). Keuken heeft geen afzuigkap met verlichting dat zou een aanrader zijn, echt koken doe je niet want dan ruikt alles naar eten. (pasta wil nog wel)... Wij houden van natuur dus dat zit wel goed, tenzij je niet van wormpjes, kevertjes, muggen, vliegen, adders, vossen en wilde zwijnen houdt moet je hier niet zijn. Roccastrada is niet toeristisch en doet kil aan. De horeca , bakkerijen en middenstand is niet ingesteld op toeristen (heeft soms ook wel weer charme) veel is dicht en niet veel keuze. Tip Gino tankstation is kortbij met barretje voor een snel ontbijtje en heeft zeer betaalbare goede simpele menu's. De pizza en pasta zijn beter dan bij de duurdere horeca!!! Bezoek aan Roccatherdigi en Montemassi is leuker en gastvrijer beter ingespeeld op de gasten.
