Lovely villa with a rustic charm and very clean and well maintained. Perfect location with walk to the friendly town Lucignano. Great pool for relaxing and several outdoor options for eating with great views.

Insgesamt ein Haus in einer fantastischen Lage mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer.

Ein hervorragendes Ferienhaus, wie man es sich für die Toskana vorstellt. Es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super ausgestattet. Der Pool ist ein Highlight. Allerdings war direkt neben dem Grundstück an der Kirche ein Gemeindeplatz, wo jeden Tag bis Mitternacht kräftig gefeiert wurde (laut).

Sehr schöne, stilvolle und großzügige Unterkunft. Supertoller Pool. Perfekte Lage für Toskana und für Strandurlaub. Beides ist perfekt möglich. Sehr gutes Restaurant direkt nah an der Unterkunft.
Autobahnbrücke stört nicht, allerdings recht viel Verkehr unterhalb des Grundstücks. Dort kann man nicht gut in den Ort laufen. Autofahren funktioniert perfekt. Auch mit dem Bus in beide Richtungen super, Haltestelle ist direkt unterhalb des Grundstücks. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Hund hat sich ebenso sehr wohl gefühlt- Komplett umzäunt.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Mooi huis, vooral om buiten te zijn.. prachtig zwembad en fijn dat er airco was in de slaapkamers boven. Wel jammer dat er zoveel muggen waren.

In Summe hat es uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, Vorteil: Ausstattung TOP, Außenanlage sehr schön, Vermiter sehr freundlich, Lage: nicht weit weg vom See, der traumhaft ist. Nachteile: Liegt direkt an einer Tag und Nacht schwer befahrenen Straße, was mit einen enormen Lärm gekoppelt ist (man gewöhnt sich aber daran), das Problem liegt dabei eher beim Raus- und Reinfahren, was unglaublich schwierig, bei der Verkehrsdichte ist . Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gibt es zum Glück einen Tunnel. Die Auffahrt ist sehr steil, u.U. sitzt man kurz auf. Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, dass man Teile des Mülls zum Entsorgen in den Ort bringen muss.

Mooi ruim huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Beheerder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Maakt dagelijks zwembad schoon.

Vacanza perfetta, 10 ragazzi che si sono goduti la casa nel rispetto del locatore e dei vicini.
Con un po’ di buona calma, anche in 10 ragazzi, ci si può divertire con spensieratezza giocando a pallone o in piscina.
