Het enige minpuntje is het weggetje naar boven toe. Over een goede 100 meter lijkt het op een opgedroogde rivierbedding met veel losliggende keien.
Verder was alles top. Huis ligt bovenop een heuvel met veel privacy. Fijn zwembad. Huis heeft geen airco maar blijft relatief koel. Eigenaar woont ernaast maar zie of hoor je nauwelijks.
Supermarkten en restaurants kun je in het dorp vinden.
Steden zoals Lucca, Florance, Pisa liggen op max 1 uur rijden. Voor ons een ideale uitvalsbasis voor stedentripjes.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

La casa nel borgo è ben arredata e con ampie stanze specialmente nel piano terra, un piccolo problema riguardante la piscina che nel nostro soggiorno non era funzionante per cause di un temporale che aveva messo fuori uso la pompa. Per raggiungere la casa si deve percorrere una stradina sterrata in mezo alle colline lunga circa 3 km che quando si fa per la prima volta si pensa di aver sbagliato strada comunque tutto ok .

Very nice house and very well located!
Cas Lady has a covered terrace ideal for outside dining. Its kitchen is functional while these two bathrooms (each with a toilet) are very practical. The rooms are comfortable.
The house is ideally located, in a small village on the heights, which allows you to admire the lake from the magnificent terrace of the restaurant located on the church square.

Wie immer war alles hervorragend bei Michele .Er hat sich wie immer herzlich um alles gekümmert.Er war immer erreichbar und steht's zur Hilfe.Die Hunde haben sich auf den großen Grundstücks was völlig eingezäunt war sehr wohl gefühlt.Der große Pool war immer eine willkommene Abkühlung.Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Hunden einen sehr entspannten Toskana Urlaub verbracht.

Prachtig verblijf gehad in deze villa. Alles was keurig geregeld door de eigenaar. Let wel; de oprit is steil en daardoor minder geschikt voor ouderen. Tip - neem genoeg muggenspray mee!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in toller Umgebung, herzliche Gastgeber und alles ist da, was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub in der Toskana zu erleben, ist hier vorhanden. Sehr zentral waren alle Ziele, wie San Gimignano, Pisa, Florenz, Siena und viele weitere Ausflugsziele in annehmbarer Fahrzeit zu erreichen. Die Nähe zu Volterra ist für Einkauf und abendliche Besuche der mittelalterlichen Stadt sehr vorteilhaft.
Einziges Manko ist die Verständigung mit den Gastgebern ohne Italienischkenntnisse, aber mit Händen und Füßen gelang dies gut. Man bekommt einen kleinen Einblick in den Landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb und die Familie ist sehr zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt.
Alles in allem war es ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in diesem tollen Haus. Wir waren 2 Familien und würden hier immer wieder gern herkommen.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Very good location. Large apartment and kitchen. Two terraces with beautiful views.
