Très bien, juste les TV qui ne fonctionnaient pas. Une où la télécommande avait disparu et l'autre pas de câble d'alimentation.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Lediglich die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, aber mit Händen und Füßen ging es dann irgendwie. Alles in allem aber alles super. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.
In der Wohnung befanden sich viele Ameisen und Gekkos. Die Gekkos waren ok, das sind halt Tiere vor Ort, die Ameisen waren sehr nervig. Und die Küchenutensilien waren sehr rarr. Es gab nir Töpfe in xxl und kein vernünftiges Schneidemesser. Der Urlaub war trotzdem sehr schön und ich würde da wieder hinfahren.

There were lots of ants and geckos in the apartment. The geckos were ok, they are just local animals, the ants were very annoying. And the kitchen utensils were very rare. There were no xxl pots and no proper chopping knives. Nevertheless, the vacation was very nice and I would go there again.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

Super net, schoon, groot appartement. Helemaal niks mis mee, heel netjes onderhouden en vriendelijke beheerders

Heel mooi en rustig gelegen, wel een auto nodig. Met SUV niet zo makkelijk om tot aan het huis te raken smal kort weggetje. Vriendelijk onthaal

Hele mooie ligging, lieve eigenaar, huisje is toe aan een opknapbeurt. Alles was wel heel net. Vriendelijk personeel. Zwembad is top!

Dit is een prachtig vakantiehuis. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de familie. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en je mag gebruik maken van de buitenkeuken en de prachtige tuin . Het is heerlijk rustig gelegen en op ongeveer 15-20 minuten lopen op het centrum van Asciano.

What an absolute gem of a property, place and people. I cannot recommend Villa Fracassini highly enough. The villa has everything one could possible want for a wonderful holiday. It is a lovely blend of age and modernity. The garden is delightful and the pool a great addition to have in the warm summer days. I have rarely experienced customer care and service as fantastic as this. Irene and her team went over and beyond to help make our holiday an unforgettable experience. Pergine Valdarno is a beautiful and welcoming town in a stunning part of Tuscany.

In dem Haus haben mit unseren Kindern (6 Personen) unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, hat eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, bequeme Betten und gepflegte Außenanalagen und Pool. Die Aussicht über Berge und Meer ist einfach fantastisch. Es war dort sehr ruhig, mit netten Nachbarn. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. bei Fragen war er immer erreichbar.
Es gibt in der Nähe zwei Restaurants, die zu empfehlen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind (600m und 1200m).
Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.Would you recommend this property to a friend? Yes

I can only recommend this accommodation to a limited extent. The description simply does not apply: Luxury generally means that no wishes are left unfulfilled. Therefore the price-performance ratio is not right!

Location bien située en Toscane entre Florence et Sienne, San Gimignano est tout près. Accueil sympathique. Une grande piscine bienvenue quand il fait chaud. Appartement un peu ancien mais fonctionnel. Il nous a manqué peut-être une climatisation.
