The first floor hosts a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom, and a large modern bathroom with shower. All bedrooms and bathrooms across the estate are located on the upper floors, and as a result the property is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. Each apartment is well furnished and carefully maintained, and all units are equipped with a refrigerator, telephone, television, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and microwave. Mariuccia One can be connected with unit 2 and is able to accommodate up to 5 guests; please inquire for availabilities. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Check-in takes place between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and check-out is at 9:00 am. Upon request and with the approval of the owner, a late arrival between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm can be arranged for an additional fee. A refundable security deposit of 200 Euro is collected upon arrival and returned at departure, subject to any deductions in the event of damage to the property. Electricity and heating costs are metered and charged according to consumption. A utilities deposit of 50 Euro per week is required upon arrival to cover heating costs. On the lower level, a square non-heated pool measuring approximately 7 x 7 metres with a uniform depth of 1.30 metres takes centre stage, lined in dark-coloured PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and internal lighting. The pool is surrounded by a well-maintained lawn furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a natural hornbeam hedge combined with mature planting ensures complete privacy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. A flight of 12 steps leads from the pool lawn up to the kitchen terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs and provides a wonderful setting for alfresco meals. A further 5 steps lead to the upper garden level, where gravel paths frame 4 distinct lawn areas and frame the main entrance to the house. An old well, still in use for garden irrigation, adds a charming historic touch to this level. A pergola draped in jasmine and roses, furnished with tables and chairs, stands adjacent to a veranda housing a fully equipped second kitchen, creating an idyllic shaded retreat. At the garden entrance, beneath a reed canopy, you will find a wood oven and a dedicated barbecue area, perfect for outdoor cooking and entertaining. Please be aware that the garden photographs were taken in spring, and therefore the appearance of flowering plants and the colour of the grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Palazzo Pozzo Bonelli is generously proportioned to accommodate up to 14 guests across its 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor, a central entrance hallway welcomes you into the villa, leading to a dining room that connects to a twin bedroom with its own private terrace and a bathroom with shower. A kitchen opens onto a large terrace, while a double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. A large pergola near the villa entrance provides a shaded gathering space, perfect for leisurely meals in the open air. Two vehicles may be parked under the canopy positioned in front of the garden entrance.
The non-heated swimming pool is a central and luminous feature of the outdoor space, positioned approximately 10 metres from the villa and set at a slightly lower level than the surrounding park, reached via wooden steps on the lawn. Measuring 10.5 by 4 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.00 metres, the pool is equipped with chlorine purification, internal lighting, and 3 Roman steps for easy entry into the water. It is bordered on one side by a neatly trimmed hedge, and on 2 sides by a generous solarium area furnished with sunbeds, small tables, and umbrellas for relaxed sunbathing. On the fourth side, a shaded pergola shelters a table and chairs, ideal for refreshments and conversation by the water. The pool is available to guests from the first Saturday of May to the last Saturday of September.
