The outdoor spaces of Villa Elena are as varied as they are enchanting, unfolding across a succession of terraces that descend gracefully from the main house toward the sea. The first terrace, spanning approximately 200 square metres, accommodates the parking area alongside a lawn-covered relaxation zone featuring a lounge area with a panoramic view, sheltered beneath a gazebo. A few steps further lead to a second terrace with its own gazebo, thoughtfully arranged for outdoor dining and perfectly positioned to take in the breathtaking nighttime panorama that frames unforgettable evenings under the stars, cooled by a gentle sea breeze drifting up the hillside. The third terrace is home to the non-heated swimming pool, an oval-shaped structure measuring 3 x 7 metres with a depth of 1.20 metres, suspended dramatically toward the sea and offering a truly unique and unobstructed view of the coastline. The pool features a PVC inner lining in deep blue, salt purification, and an iron ladder for safe water access. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, and is enclosed and accessible through a dedicated gate, situated approximately 40 metres from the main house. Surrounding the pool is a generous solarium finished in clear resin slats, furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, and umbrellas for daytime relaxation, as well as ambient lighting that allows you to linger well into the evening. Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
The property features a shared pool:
- Open from May till October, from 9AM till 7PM.
- 8,5 m length, 4.5m wide, 1,3m deep.

The property also features a common outdoor area where everyone can enjoy a specific area without meeting each other:
