The terrace and view easily warrant 5 stars, the location on the hill was very convenient as well. There is significant road noise, particularly effecting the master bedroom. The second "bedroom" has a sofa sleeper, and it's bathroom is down a flight of stairs. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and don't even try using the washing machine.
No one would meet us to check in, which proved to be a fiasco since our driver from the Naples train station was very put out about finding the place and accessing the lockbox for the key. It really was not his responsibility to do so. Also be aware check out time is an early 10:00am.
