The garden and park surrounding Villa Joy are completely enclosed by netting and hedge screens reaching approximately 2 metres in height, guaranteeing total privacy throughout your stay. The outdoor spaces are thoughtfully landscaped with paved terracotta surfaces and generous areas of lawn enlivened by flowering bushes, olive trees, cypresses, lime trees, and a shady catalpa beneath which 2 benches invite quiet contemplation. At the heart of the garden, just 10 metres from the villa, the non-heated swimming pool is a striking focal point. Rectangular in shape with one oval side, Roman steps, a stone border, and a PVC lining, it measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2.10 metres. The pool features internal lighting and chlorine purification, and is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved in serena stone and extends onto the manicured lawn, where sunbeds, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a convenient solar shower complete this inviting outdoor retreat. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the garden, including the flower blossoming and the colour of the grass, may differ at the time of your arrival.

Villa Joy comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed over 2 floors. A short flight of 7 steps leads up to the main entrance, which opens into a bright and welcoming living room featuring a TV and comfortable seating areas. The living area faces a beautiful terrace completed by a gym, which overlooks the garden below. From the living room, a few steps lead to the sleeping area on this floor, comprising 2 double bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a distinctive round bed measuring 2.45 metres in diameter. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a shower.
On the lower floor, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which also houses the washing machine. This level is completed by a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower, offering additional comfort and flexibility for families or groups. Please also be aware that near the villa, approximately 300 metres away and not visible from any side of the property, there is an abandoned industrial shed.
Pets are welcome at Villa Joy. The extra cleaning fee applicable for guests travelling with animals is charged per animal per week or part of a week and is to be paid directly on site.

Maximum relax in the beautiful private swimming pool (mt. 10x4,5, depth mt. 1,40, completely fenced - open from 01st May to 30th September ) with solarium equipped with deckchairs, tables and sun umbrellas and in the gazebo overlooking the valley below. Where to spend relaxing days to read, eat outside or just to enjoy the landscape that is lost at a glance. Families will not fail to appreciate the children's play area and the tennis table; the little house with barbecue, wood oven and sink is ideal if you enjoy cooking and eating outdoors.

Villa Ca' di Vestro is located on the top of a high hill in the valley of the Arno River, reached by going up a 1.5 km road, partly unpaved and partly cemented, which is steep but can be travelled by any type of car. Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. The beautiful furnished portico will be your safe haven of tranquillity where you can enjoy a glass of local wine or an open-air dinner with typical products that you can buy from the owners. The photovoltaic panels make the villa independent from traditional energy sources and enhance its ecological address. The swimming pool, completely fenced (mt. 5x10, depth mt. 1,40 - open from 01st May to 30th September), overlooks the valley from a natural terrace.
Ca' di Vestro is part of a large farm and is surrounded by 4 hectares of beautiful olive groves where the owners have specialised in the organic production of extra virgin olive oil of high organoleptic quality, which you can taste on request.
