Chiodo is a beautiful farmhouse set high in the hills between Lucca and Pisa, with magnificent views on the valley below. It is located very close to the small village of Vorno. The very spacious and well equipped kitchen opens directly onto the large courtyard and garden overlooking the valley, ideal for eating outside or just relaxing and enjoying the peace and lovely views.
After arriving you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. After a hectic day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to unwind at the end the day. Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to ten people. The property is composed of three cozy apartments in the hamlet Montale, 4 km from Levanto and its beaches.
- Apartment “CHERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
- Apartment “STRAWBERRY”, studio apartment with kitchenette and panoramic terrace.
- Apartment “BLUEBERRY”, the largest apartment, with a bedroom and kitchen living room. At Villa dell’Erta, “BLUEBERRY” is the apartment with the best panoramic view over the Gulf of Levanto.
Each apartment can sleep up to two people. Perfect for couples!
They all have a panoramic terrace with sunshade, table and chairs, with an amazing view over the gulf of Levanto.
All apartments have a bathroom with shower and an equipped kitchen, with sink, cooktop, oven, fridge, dishwasher.

Important note: the house is located in “Via Piccola” (literally: small road). As the name says, it is a quite narrow street! Please, drive these last 200 meters carefully and slowly.

This ticket allows to park in all paid parking places of Levanto for free.
Important: this ticket is not a private parking. This ticket allows to park for free in the blue lines in the city (with the exception of the parking above the beach, where it's not free, but there is a reduced hourly rate - you will be given instruction about this.)
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.

- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
