The décor recalls what, according to documents of the time, appears to be the birthplace of one of the most important figures to whom Casentino gave birth: Cardinal Dovizi, a member of the Medici family, also known as 'Bibbiena'. "Ortensia" is a well-equipped residence that caters to a variety of guest needs throughout their stay. A washing machine is available inside the house for guests' convenience. Linen changes and towel changes are available upon request and subject to a supplementary charge. Daily room cleaning can also be arranged on request for an additional fee. A cook service is available on request for an extra charge. A storeroom is available for guests' use during their stay. Please be aware that the motor access road is approximately 2,200 metres long and bumpy in nature, and during winter months it is strongly recommended to carry snow chains.
