The villa is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves and woods.
Access to the property is via a partly unpaved road, with a narrow section about 100 meters long (maximum width 2 meters).

The foundations of Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco date back to the 1400s, commissioned by Lorenzo and Giovanni de' Medici, sons of Pier Francesco, and later sold to Taddeo Ducci in 1494. A cornerstone of the ancient Medici lineage, the Villa incorporates an 11th-century Ubaldina tower and was chosen by Lorenzo the Magnificent as a hunting lodge. After passing through the Gherardi family, the property was acquired by the Bolognese de' Bianchi family. Property Villa Campestri is a nice stone building (400 sq m) that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and private pool. The property can accommodate up to 20 guests comfortably in ten bedrooms with ten bathrooms. Conveniently located 840 m (2745 ft) from Campestri, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 37 km (23 mi) from Florence.
The property consists of 10 suites, each with a private bathroom. Of these 10 suites:
