It has elegant and modern furnishing and stylish decor.
Ground floor: 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First floor: a very spacious kitchen + living room with dining table and chairs, sofa. Direct access to garden and to the large terrace, which has electrically controlled sunroof, lounge furniture and grill. On the first floor, there is a large bathroom with a double shower.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; 1 double bedroom. This room has another terrace with sea view and sun loungers.
The neighboring house can be accessed from the garden.
It's a small wooden annex, with equipped kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor.

Montefiore is located 3 km (2 mi) from Vicopelago, Italy and only 6 km (4 mi) from Lucca. Montefiore is a beautiful stone building (250 sq m) with air conditioning, private pool and WiFi internet. The property can sleep up to ten people comfortably in six bedrooms with four bathrooms. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on holiday.
The Experience
A particular feature of this villa is the totally fenced pool area, protected by a gate that can be closed for kids safety with a comfortable gazebo with sofa and chairs. The pool is equipped with upstream swim.
