These country roads are not suitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for more comfortable driving. Only transfers arranged through the estate concierge team are permitted to access the property. The minimum stay requirement is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute requests. Short stays and daily rates may be available in other seasons upon request. A security deposit is required. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipality regulations.

The property is fully air conditioned, and this service is included in the rental price. Daily maid service is provided for 4 hours per day, and the final cleaning is included. Bed linen is changed mid-week, and towels are changed twice a week. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash; it will be returned upon departure, less any costs for damages or unpaid fees. The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10.00 am. The foundations of Villa Medicea Lo Sprocco date back to the 1400s, commissioned by Lorenzo and Giovanni de' Medici, sons of Pier Francesco, and later sold to Taddeo Ducci in 1494. A cornerstone of the ancient Medici lineage, the Villa incorporates an 11th-century Ubaldina tower and was chosen by Lorenzo the Magnificent as a hunting lodge. After passing through the Gherardi family, the property was acquired by the Bolognese de' Bianchi family. Major restorations were initiated in 1898 by Count Filippo Sassoli de' Bianchi to restore its 15th-century appearance, despite significant 18th-century refurbishments, including the still-consecrated Chapel dated 1729.
