The ground floor living room and study open directly onto one of these expansive terraces, while 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the same level also enjoy access to the terrace and sea views. On the floor below, an additional terrace is accessible from the internal dining room, extending the outdoor living space further. On the first floor, 3 of the 4 bedrooms open onto a smaller terrace, also with sea views, creating a layered and varied outdoor experience across the entire property. The private swimming pool, measuring 11x3 metres, is reserved exclusively for guests and is open from 31 March to 15 October, providing a refreshing retreat during the warmer months. Alongside the pool, the Jacuzzi measuring 2x2 metres features heated water and a full suite of optional functions including music and lighting, offering a truly indulgent experience. Each room is individually equipped with a television, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, and a mini fridge, ensuring a high standard of comfort throughout the property. The ground floor comprises a living room and study with access to a large panoramic sea view terrace, 3 double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 1 double bedroom that sleeps 2 additional guests in bunk beds, also with an ensuite bathroom with shower, with 3 of the 4 bedrooms on this level featuring sea views and terrace access. The floor below houses a corner bar, a large internal dining room with terrace access, a TV room, a professional kitchen, and 2 double bedrooms with sea views and ensuite bathrooms with shower. The first floor contains 4 double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, of which 3 have access to a small terrace and sea views. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 21:00, and check-out must be completed between 08:00 and 10:00. A refundable security deposit of 1,000 euros is required and will be returned in full at the end of the stay, net of any charges in the event of damage to the property. Guests may provide credit card details as a guarantee for this deposit. Pets are not permitted at the property. The rental rate includes mid-stay cleaning for 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, final cleaning, a cot for children under 2 years of age, 1 set of bed linen per week, and 2 sets of bathroom linen per week. Pool towels are also included. Electricity and hot and cold air conditioning are included up to a maximum weekly consumption of 1,000 KW, with any excess consumption charged on-site according to use. City tax is charged at 3 euros per person per day, excluding children under 18, and is payable locally in cash. On request, a range of additional services is available. Breakfast preparation by the chef without service or cleaning requires the chef to spend a couple of hours at the villa, with food costs charged separately based on presented receipts. Alternatively, a fully served breakfast with final cleaning is available at a per-person rate inclusive of food. A cook and assistant are available for other meals, with the chef and assistant spending a couple of hours at the villa to prepare meals; food and drinks are charged separately based on presented receipts, and cleaning during this service remains the responsibility of guests. An advance payment of 1,000 euros in cash is required upon arrival for food shopping, to be supplemented as needed during the stay, and guests are encouraged to send an initial shopping list prior to arrival. A table service dinner option is also available, with per-person pricing depending on the chosen menu. These catering services are not available on Sundays and public holidays. For events such as weddings, birthdays, and parties, Relais Nike offers a complete and highly qualified service for up to 80 guests, with use of the spaces available at a cost of 1,500 euros; a full estimate is provided upon request.
